The Village of Fremont provides garbage and recycling collection. The Village has contracted with GFL Environmental for garbage and recycling pickup.
Garbage is picked up every Monday. Single stream recycling is picked up the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month. When a major holiday falls on Monday, the collection will take place on Tuesday.
Collection begins at 6:00 am for both garbage and recycling – please have all items out at the end of your driveway by that time. Two containers are provided, one for recycling and one for garbage by Graichen. Garbage and recycling fees are placed on your tax bill as a special charge.
