If you have a sump pump, please ensure the outlet is piped directly into your yard.

The sanitary sewer system is currently overwhelmed with freshwater from these pumps and cannot handle the additional volume. This excess water risks causing failures at our treatment plant and lift stations, which could result in major sewer backups in residents' homes.
