Effective immediately, Waupaca County Emergencyh Managment has lifted the Emergency Slow No Wake order for the Wolf River downstream from New London.

Also, here's a reminder of time periods the Village of Fremont, Town of Fremont and Town of Wolf River have Slow-No-Wake time periods:

    (a) Ice out to October 1. Exact dates to be determined by the water level.

    (b) Days of the week. Weekends only from 11:59 p.m. Friday to 11:59 p.m. Sunday.

    (c) Holidays from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m..

          (1) Memorial Day (the last Monday of May)

          (2) 4th of July

          (3) On the 3rd day of July in years when the 4th of July falls on a Tuesday or Saturday

          (4) On the 5th day of July in years when the 4th of July falls on a Thursday or Sunday

          (5) Labor Day (the first Monday of September)
