- Employee Handbook Review – Review and discuss the proposed Employee Handbook. Identify any recommended updates or revisions.
- Job Description review – Review and discuss Village job descriptions. Identify any recommended update or revisions.
- Recommendations to Village Board – Discuss and determine recommendations for handbook adoption and job description updates.
New business:
- Closed session The Board may convene into Closed Session per Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
More specifically discuss possible recommendation to replace the budgeted part time remote clerk hours with an in-office part time deputy clerk.
