NOTICE OF OPEN BOOK OF ASSESSMENT ROLL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to Wis. Stat. 70.45, and prior to the meeting of the Board of Review, the assessment roll for the year 2025 will be OPEN FOR INSPECTION AND EXAMINATION to allow taxpayers to discuss with the Assessor their 2025 property assessment. It is recommended that property owners discuss their assessment with the Assessor PRIOR to making an appointment to appear before the Board of Review. You may contact the village assessor, Preuss Appraisal Service Inc. at 920-244-7635 to schedule an appointment. Open Book will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Village of Fremont Hall, 317 Wolf River Drive, Fremont, Wisconsin.
