Todd Anderson, Wireless Planning Consultants, is requesting a Conditional Use permit to construct a 195′ self-support cell tower behind Chris Schricker’s apartments at 401 Jefferson Street. Parcel 25-25-71-298 is zoned R-2. Parcel 25-25-71-465 is zoned Conservancy.

All written and oral comments will be heard.

The Planning Commission will submit a recommendation to the Village Board on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 6:00 pm.
